Crépe Suzette was invented by Chef Henry Charpentier at the end of the 19th c.
Tamara de Lempicka (1898-1980) is considered to be the Femme fatale des Arts déco. Her portraits of the 1920’s adorn the walls of this suite. The artist’s interest is fully directed to human beings and specifically to women, who are depicted in extravagant postures. To complement these, the hallway ceiling is decorated with an old master’s work depicting his impressions of Oriental harem. Like in the other apartments, the comfort brought by modern technologies has not been neglected.
